I think Mr Shaleen Srivastav is asking complete list that finds a place in object clause in Memorandum and Articles of Association.

My  suggestion is also on same lines can u post an article  on how to draft  a model memorandum and articles of association typically for manufacturing and  u can extend the same for other types of Business which becomes a handy tool for everyone

Sir can u give notes of companies act in whole which has only the practical problems covered in it, as in exam normally practical problems only come.

 By this we will know the provision also plus how to present the answer to practical prblms in the best possible way also.
