Ewb - multiple consignments

Dear Friends

Transportere X  is carrying multiple consignments in his truck.

One consigment belongs to A valued Rs. 40000

Another consignment belongs to B valued Rs. 30000

Now no EWB were raised by either A or B as value of consignements do not exceed Rs. 50000

but in a truck total value of consignments exceed Rs. 50000.

What to do in such situtation?

or do we need to do nothing?

Transporter can make eway bill GSTN basis using consolidated eway bill

who is registered in gst can make eway bill add your items in your eway bill ...

but my question is why shall transporter prepare consolidated eway bill or eway bill in this case?

whats the need?

each consignment is less than Rs. 50000

if you use one truck and one single invoice for these multiple supply .. thats why ...

if you use more then one truck or single truck for single goods that time no need ...
