Employer does not give form 16/tan, how to file itr

Hi all,

My employer is a small private educational institution. I work as temperory teacher. My salary is non-taxable.

My employer does not provide me with form 16. It is not mandatory since my salary is non-taxable.

But they even does not provide TAN details without which i will not be able to file ITR-1.

I have asked them manytimes but no response.

I need to file ITR for home loan and similar purpose.

What shd i do?
