RAMASWAMY IN A LEADING NEWS PAPER THAT ICWA/ ICSI INTER PASSED STUDENTS CAN DIRECTLY SIT FOR IPCC EXAMINATION. IS THIS TRUE . PLEASE CLARIFY .IF THIS IS TRUE I WILL TAKE ADMISSION IN IPCC COURSE.
