Can any one tell me "What is the Effective date of the Judgment of BIFR for a company that, it is sick, is Applicable.
Is it "The Date of Judgment" or The Date of Application"??????

dear i have no link but it is general rule of law that any judgement shall have instant effect unless otherwise mentioned in judgement itself
