Dvat - online assessment order passed

Dear Sir,

After online submussion of DVAT Annexure 2A and 2B, the sales tax department pass online assessment order.

After then any dealer may allowed to correction in Annexure 2A & 2B. if yes

then after correction in Annexure 2A and 2B the missmatched report has been matched. and additional tax is NIL

But before that sales tax department has already passed a online assessment order of missmatch and panelty.

now what should we do..??

if u revised your annexure 2A & 2B and u have proper tax invoice regarding this...

then revised it..!! and submit an application in Ward - 66 of DVAT deptt .

application contains tax invoice and other proper documents.

Govt issue order because it thinks that u dont have proper invoices and u claimed credit... bbut depptt make available u an option to make an application regarding this if u are right.!!!

Hi Piyush !

As I discussed above that sales tax department already pass online assessment order along with penalty. but after then we has been done the correction in annexure 2A and 2B now after then all amount matched.

So now should we go per appeal for against Assessment and penalty??

(then revised it..!! and submit an application in Ward - 66 of DVAT deptt)

u mean ward no.66 is reviewing all ward's annexure's and assessment??

Hi Govind,

No appeal !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Only submit application in ward no. 66 with Matched Mismatch report and photocopies of tax invoices relevant to the purchases u claimed input credit.!!!!

in application, mentioned your assessment order no. and date... !!!!!

hi..

sir i wanna to know about sale tax assesssment . if our firm do all local sale n local purchase ina a year year there are no central sale or purchase only all sale n purchase are local then please tell me about the assessment of this iyear is compulsory or not..

Assessment is compulsory in case of Central Sales and purchases; But you can also take an assessment for your better convinieince in future.

We are registered (in (LST) Local Sales Tax ) dealer of dvat our business sale purchase is in local. So, my question is that how i do online local dvat assessment ? (What the it's process?)

There is no Online procedure for Local Dvat Assessment, Online assessment available under Form9 in case if you have made any sale against any statutory forms.
