FOR 17-18 you can file up to 31/3/2019 with late fee of rs10000

For F.Y. 16-17 - File condonation application with CIT, if You have refund or C/F losses, after approval file ITR claiming refund through online.

For F.Y. 17-18 - As per said by Rama krishnan sir
