I want to file ITR - For Fy 16_17 & 17-18 can i file now .

NO...DUE DATE HAS BEEN EXPIRED ..YOU CAN NOT FILE THE RETURNS..

no you cant except in refund case you can file
FOR 17-18 you can file up to 31/3/2019 with late fee of rs10000
if your total income is less than 5 lakhs then the late fees is 1000
For F.Y. 16-17 - File condonation application with CIT, if You have refund or C/F losses, after approval file ITR claiming refund through online.
