Due date extension of ITR is applicable for only tax audit or normal private companies aslo
please explain the ,due date extension is applicable for only tax audit or the private limited company also ? because of the private company has also required the audit also

So far as extension is concerned upto 31-10-2019 actual notification is yet awaited.
Right now it is presumed that extension is only for 44AB Wala assesses.
Let's hope it turns out to be for all those whose due date is 30-9-2019

Extension should be for all assesses having due date 30.9.2019
