Dtaa and tds

I have a customer in India who remitted the TDS tax, however we aren't required to have the customer remit the TDS because we fall under the DTAA (India and US).

We were advised we may be able to claim the withheld tax after the fiscal year ends. How do we do that?

you will have to file your Income Tax Return in India.

Query is not clear.

Who has deducted TDS and remitted in which country.

Kindly bring the facts more clearly.
