I am an Indian citizen and have established a limited company in the UK few years ago.
I am one of the directors of this UK based company and this year I have got dividends paid out to my bank account here in India.
I am looking for advice on any income tax payable in India on my UK based Limited Company's Dividend payouts considering UK India tax treaty.
