FIRST OF ALL GOOD THOUGHT OF RAISING A COMMUNTY,.....COZ ITS REAL DIFFICULT TO GO AND POST IN EACH AND EVERYONES PROFILE,.

SECONDLY A VERY GOOD QUESTION,......

THIS WAS THE QUESTION WHICH MY SECOND AUDITOR ASKED ME WHEN I JOINED HIS FIRM,....

I SIMPLY SAID I WAS NOT SATISFIED WITH THE KINDS OF WORK THEY ENTRUSTED ME,....IT WAS MUCH OF AN ACCOUNTANTS WORK THAN A CA WORK,...AND ALSO THE WORK THERE WAS REPETETIVE,...

I JUST THINK THAT U MUST BE REAL WHILE ANSWERING THESE TYPE OF QUESTIONS,.....THERES NO USE IN GOING ROUND AND ROUND WITHOUT GIVING ANY CLARITY,..

JUST STATE THE FACTS,.....THAT WOULD ALWAYS BE A SAFER OPTION TO CHOOSE,..

my ans would be i want such a kind of challenging job that just not use my knowledge and ablility but also my  enhance my creativity too ,,,,so that the coordination of enjoyment and work can be achieved simulataneously 

and thatswhy I am searching for new scopes in my career ahead ...

It IS A VERY DIFFICULT QUESTION BECAUSE IN THIS SITUATION OUR HEART IS SAYING TO SAY ALL THE TRUTH WHICH IS HAPPENING WITH US AND BECAUSE OF THAT WE ARE LEAVING THE ORGANISATION. BUT OUR MIND IS NOT AGREE WITH OUR HEART, IF WE SAY ALL THE TRUTH it WILL LEAD TO BAD IMPRESSION AND SOME TIMES MAY LOSE THE JOB, IT WILL DEPEND ON A SITUATION....... I AM ALSO CONFUSE DOES ANY ONE HAVE A BETTER ANSWER,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

I THINK IT IS BETTER TO STATE TRUE FACTS AS FAR AS POSSIBLE, BUT WITHOUT CRITICIZING PREVIOS EMPLOYER. BECAUSE, CRITICISM WILL CREATE BAD IMPRESSION. ALSO IF REASON MENTIONED IS INSUFFICIENT, IT WOULD BE DIFFICULT FOR NEW EMPLOYER TO TRUST US.. WE SHOULD BE PREPARED FOR THIS QUESTION WELL AHEAD. POSSIBLE REASON SHUD BE ONE WHICH SATISFY NEW EMPLOYER AS WELL AS DO NOT GIVE HIM IMPRESSION THAT WE ARE CRICIZING SOMEONE. 

Hai jayasri the topic was good..i would say that i like to grow in my career i mean in my field..which gives more credit to my work..so i prefered ur company for my thought..

Question by interviewer: Why do you want to leave the present company where you are doing now...?

For this or any question i will surely tell the truth as by telling  lie you can get the job but not the job satisfaction
