generally all employers are asking this question, in my opinion, preapred well while answering to this type of question, tell the relevant fact, dont lie..

 Thank you renu. But if the interviewer asked the question contrary to your answer then what  would you say him.

Interviewer: Ok, agree to your answer. but if you think like such at your previous office ,  then  why dont  you go and  ask for the challenging job at your previous employer itself....?

Why because think practically  friends ---- if it happens like such --- he may think that even if the candidate wont satisfy in my company too then he may leave from here also rather could convey the problem with me too  by not minding in heart whatever he/she feel... What say....???

Correcct Biswajit Ghosh ,  we all know we should prepare and be caresul while answering these type of questions but what the answer should be, and how you convinced your interviewer is in question...????

Well to change d profile is a very safe answer. I am fully satisfied with my previous job but there is a curiousity in human mind to learn new things. I have been dealing with such and such fields in my previous job and now I wanna explore new area and that wd be fulfilled by ur company. 

Even growth is a good answer.

Jayasri i left my 3 employer. every time answer and reason  is not same. i left my job bcz of personal reason, unfavourable work enviroment. leaving the present job depends on man to man. i left my present job it doesnt mean that the reason will be the same as u left ur present job.. whatever will be the reason just state ur reason clearly with confidence and honesty.. thank you..

Jaysri i left my 3rd employer it was my personal decision, reason iam tellling you somtime we have to be diplomatic and proffessional in this aspect if you really want to see yourself in high position after 2 or 3 years... but Jaysri it doesnt mean that i will share my diplomacy with my current employer.. thanks
