DIR 12 Practical difficulties

A private company had appointed an additional director in May 19. Thereafter, he was appointed as MD. Designation on MCA changed from Additional to MD on filing of DIR 12.

Now, at the AGM held in Sep 29,his appointment as additional director was regularised as director.

Now, how to proceed with the DIR 12 filing for regularisation on MCA, since his designation already showing as MD.
