Respected Sir,
During filling form DIR 12 for cessation of director on MCA V3 at the time of submitting the form i get an error code which reads as " Date of appointment of the signatory(s) shall be equal to or lesser than the date of cessation. Kindly enter a valid date" but during filling form for cessation date of appointment is not asked anywhere in the form. Kindly guide me how to resolve the error
