In my opinion, before doing all the stuff 1} properly install DSC then open DSC window located at the right bottom of the desktop, login, then go to view certificate, install all the certificates 2} go to chrome open content settings then allow all the options like cookies, notifications, javascriptt etc. 3} go to gst site and give a try...it will be surely successful.
