Detailed information on industrial training

welll these are the crucial aspects:

1) u have to inform ur principal one month before joining industrial training

2)leave is sameas in ca firm no change... but company may not allow u to take more leave for not more than2 months

procedure is as follows

a student has to submit Form 104 with ICAI and on satisfactory completion of the Training,member under whom the industrial training is received shall issue a certificate in Form No.105 in respect of the training undergone.

pros:  u will have 99 percent chance of getting  job as u have one year industrial training experience

cons :  pass percentage is very low these days in ca final. u require expert knowldge to clear ca final

my advice : go to industrial training if u have completed atleast 80 percent of ca final preparation

else ur career  will be at risk as the end....   

and normally interview will be conducted 2 to  3 months before itself for most of the companies.

keep checking near  all  icai city branches notice board for vacancies.

if u wanna join go for( sap )based company... else waste of valuable time.

** salary is very attractive around 15 to 20 k in industrial training
