Actually, i wanted to know; if XYZ Pvt Ltd purchased 2nd hand Imported machinery, here my Q. is Can XYZ Pvt Ltd eligible to claim additional depreciation on imported machinery?
Please give your opinion with case law and/or sections.....

I think it will not be eligible for additional depreciation on 2nd hand imported machinery. Please refer the decision of Hon'ble Dehi High Court in Anurena Tristar -vs.- ITO (2010) 186 Taxman 205 (Del.)
