Sir my comapny is under suspension in bse i want it to be delisted.
What are the options available to me 1. Voluntary Delisted. 2 Compulsory delisted.
My company is suspended or to say in Z category for more than 5 yrs.Please tell me the way, i may go for prefrential allotment and there will be no exit offer.
Please suggest me its very urgent.
Should i consider the provisions applicable for Listed comapnies OR Unlisted Comapnies. Can I take Share Application Money Or Not???
Dear Rahul, Your securities are still listed, no matter that these have been suspended. For delisting you have to do all compliances done with BSE otherwise you will not permit to delist the securities with BSE. So to do all compliances as Company is a listed entity.
