My client has paid ₹75,000 for surgery towards fractured bone. Whether the amount paid can be deducted in taxable income?

if the same is done via cheque yes....since the same is for reconstructing the anatomy of the human body
But he has paid the amount in cash.Is it eligible for deduction? please clarify.
then no provisions of 40A(3) will be attracted
i guess....
pls do a further clarification.....from experts
Thank you for your immediate response
