Death of a Director
In a private company there where 2 directors, one director died in the month of July and new director was appointed in the month Sept.. So please tell is any there any consequences of having of 1 director during July to Sept period??

no....since the new director was appointed within the required period of time ....there will be no legal consequences ....
Can you please tell me within how many days director should be appointed when casual vacany is being credited
