U have to chech the limits for VAT reg. in Gujarat State. i think if u r predicting increase in turnover u shud get registered.

there is no need to reg. for inter state sale if the limits prescribed is not crossed.

and SSI benefits are not available for dealers dealing in interstate sales as in ur case.

but the porblem is that my brother started new business by leaving job and my father is partner in same kind business with other

so now problem are arising so we are breaking up the partnership and we will be keeping the the old firm and vat and cst reg but it will take some time

so to fulfill the order i am asking can we make this order without reg and claim SSI expemtion???

if yes how invoice must be made?????
