my brother runing new business in gujarat and its turnover is less than 150000 as new business and more of labour work so less
but today he got a order from delhi of machine worth 3 lakh
now question is that is he require to take VAT and CST reg number ???? is 500000 lakh SSI expemtion is avilable ???
can HE do sale to other state without vat and cst reg???
U have to chech the limits for VAT reg. in Gujarat State. i think if u r predicting increase in turnover u shud get registered.
there is no need to reg. for inter state sale if the limits prescribed is not crossed.
and SSI benefits are not available for dealers dealing in interstate sales as in ur case.

but the porblem is that my brother started new business by leaving job and my father is partner in same kind business with other
so now problem are arising so we are breaking up the partnership and we will be keeping the the old firm and vat and cst reg but it will take some time
so to fulfill the order i am asking can we make this order without reg and claim SSI expemtion???
if yes how invoice must be made?????
