CS computer training

Hi,

Can anyone tell me whether this computer training should be done before we appear for the executive level exam?Actually I have got a Tally certificate and a DOEACC 'O' Level certicate with me.So am I eligible for the exemption for computer training?

If not please tell me the full procedure in completing the computer training.Which institute should we approach for this?
