Hey friends...I need your help please..our company falls in sugar industry category...still production has not commenced... however net worth of our company has crossed more than five crores on 20th March, 2013 and in August month company raised its paid capital to Rs. 20cr... Whether appointment of Cost Auditor is mandatory....????? and from which date...????
