I want to apply for a transfer on the basis of non-payment of stipend. What is the procedure for transfer under new rules? Do I have to file an application letter first? To whom should it be addressed? What should be the contents of the letter?

i think for these matters....... you should ask the Institute Officials.......... they are in better position to answer these queries........

Ideally, you should visit the Institute's Office, if possible. Talk to an officer there.
Considering your reasons for transfer, you might find that there could be certain special steps.

hey! thanks everyone! I went to ICAI and I asked them the process and also whether my reason is appropriate or not. Also asked about transfer on mutual consent. They said they're not in a position to answer whether or not my application will get accepted!!! So i just have to send an application and then wait till i get the letter!! :( i posted this topic because i wanted to know whether anyone has taken a transfer recently (post the horrible ban)
