Hi, can anyone please help me with this?
I am in process of conversion of Private Limited Co. into Public Limited Co. But I am not able to File Form INC-27 & I am getting the error.
"The date entered in the form is more than 15 days for the conversion of private into a public company, Kindly attach the order for condonation of delay."
What is condonation of delay & how to apply for it??
Condonation of delay reasons mentioned in section 460 of companies act 2013. submit application for condonation of delay e-form CG1 to the MCA.
