1.Yes, when you have..... otherwise NA.
2. Yes, along with inventory value..
Thank U Sir, But Some of My Client having GST but my auditor was not showing GST Number and inventory details in ITR Form ( Cash Bankl Balance, Capitale Etc.. evrything as nil )

Yes... If no balance then We can fill 0.
But,
It's problem in future or no way for preparing B/S and PandL to banks or any other purpose...
