Job Description

Looking for a hands-on CA to manage end-to-end Accounts & Finance, including accounting, taxation, compliance, audits, and financial reporting in a manufacturing setup.

🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Handle financial reporting, budgeting & audits
• Manage GST, TDS, income tax & statutory compliance
• Oversee FEMA & transfer pricing compliance
• Lead consolidation of international entities
• Drive financial controls, risk management & cost optimization
• Coordinate with auditors, tax advisors & internal teams

Skills Required

10+ years of experience in Finance/Accounts
• Preferably from Diamond / Jewellery / Export / Manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of Indian taxation, FEMA & transfer pricing
