if a assesee dies on march 20 2013 and he has income in all heads with deduction.. now will this income will be clubbed with his spouse if yes upto what extent????

i dont think clubbing provision will be applicable in this case
wife of assesse need to be file return of income as a legal representative
to know how to register as a legal represntative and filing return online
