I have bit confusion regarding classification of amc for maintenance and repairs of two wheeler with a SEZ Unit. Which shall be the appropriate classification among followings :
1) Management, Maintenance and repairs services.
2) Works Contract Service.
3) Authorized service station for motor vehicles servicing and repairs.

Your services is taxable and your catocary is maintenance & repairs service. It is no mean that you are authorised or not. If you having observation plz forward the same.
