hey hi,,

I have some queries regarding INCOME TAX for my salary.. I have been paid my bonus with my salary for the month of MARCH 2013. They have deducted TAX of around 5000 Rs adn i have sumitted all my necessary documents like LIC POLICY, MUTUAL FUNDS, HRA and all. As this is my first job i am not aware of the tax deductions and when consulted my friend, he recomeneded me with thisCA-CLUB. I need to know what all i need to submit in order to get back the arrears..

Can you please tell me what i need to submit to get the arrears back and also guide me for the future income tax savings too..

First of all your file is not in Readable format, and You should not attach this document on public portal any time

And when your company deducted excess TDS, you have not to take any worry you can claim, Excess TDS deducted, as refund after filling of REturn of Income

Soo please don't take worry

First check your tax liability, and TDS. If there is a refund, then file your IT returns before due date; you will receive your refund early provided the AO does not make any mistake.
