Change of signature
Hello,
I wish to change my signature with the ICAI. Currently I am supposed to send my articleship registration form to the institute for my registration as an article.
My query is "What is the procedure to change the signature of the article assistant?"
Can I directly put my new signatures in the registration form?
Kindly suggest the appropriate procedure.

Yes directly sign articleship form with new signature. If further any letter for mis-match of sign comes from institute, u will need to write letter to ICAI on letter head of employer with both signs. But as if now u can go with new signature. As per me.

One more thing I want to clear.
I took transfer two times because of my health. Now I have to rejoin my articleship. Can I rejoin it with my very first principal because no other CA is willing to hire me as an article assistant because of my health. They didn't pass me in their interview because of this. But my first principal is ready of register me under him once again. So can I rejoin under him? Whether their is any regulation under which we cannot rejoin our articleship under the same principal?
