Change of registered office to another state

Hello,

I want to change the Regd office address of a Pvt Ltd Company from Goa to Maharashtra. Now, I've already the excellent article by CS Ankur Srivastava on this website. However, I still have some queries.

Which are the eForms that I have to file and in what order? As I understand, these are the ones to be filed:

1) Form 23

2) Intimate CLB and intimate ROC in Form 61

3) Form 21(Notice of CLB order)

4) Form 18

Now, my question is, apart from the 4 Forms that are to be filed as given above, what is the procedure to intimate CLB? Is it a form or is it a request letter? I'm sure there must a specific format for the same?

And as I understand, filing Form 23 would be the 1st step. Once this Form is approved, only then can I proceed further. Is this correct?

If you are in practice then my advice for you would be share this assignment with a professional firm to understand the process and document preparation.

Thanks for the suggestion! I've myself changed Regd Offices for many Companies but this is the first time for the change of state so just wanted a little bit of help.
