Can any body guide me for changingthe regsitered office Adrress from one state to another for LLP.
What i have learnt so far is
1. Consent of all the Partners in the form of Resolution
2. Publish notice in local newspapers
3. Changes in LLP agreement
4. File Form 15 To RoC
Not sure if process is corrector not.
