Change in object clause in moa

Hi

Form 23 is required to be filed with ROC within 30 days from the date of change

attachgment of Form 23 is

1. Copy of Special resolution

2. Altered memorandum.

IS MOA IS TO BE ALTERED BEFORE FILING OF FORM 23 OR AFTER APPROVAL OF ROC FOR THE SAME.

alter the MOA 1st and attach the same in form 23.
