Cannot open intimation u/s 143(1)

i faced the same problem. I had taken a screen shot of the message and saved it. CPC does not have a technical helpline. And people at the PRO section are not able to address this problem.

What i am unable to understand is wht the notices, intimations are not available for download on the user profile created for filing returns, it doesnt make sense.

There is a possibility that i have accidentally deleted the email received permanently.

Why arent communications linked to the user account created on the income tax website.

Anyways is there any solution to get another mail from CPC as the attachment sent is a defective one

I have also received an email from intimations @ cpc.gov.in with subject as "Status of your ITR filed with CPC for Assessment Year 2010 ..." but the attachment is corrupt and if I try to open, it shows " There was an error opening this document. This file is damaged and could not be repaired".

I tried the helpline number mentioned above, but it does not connect.

Can someone provide the link of their website with support numbers. OR any other way in which I could retrieve the correct attachment.

While opening a file received from IT Department it show file is damge.

How can i open this damage file
