sir, i registered my ca ipcc(both group) on 02.02.2013. and cleared 1st group in nov 2013. till now 2nd group is pending. validation of initial registration will be lapse in 02.02.2017. can i submit re-validation form before validation period expire i.e. 02.02.2017. And, should i re-registered 2nd group only or both group

Call or visit your nearest regional ICAI office and ask them when to apply for revalidation such that there are no issues for you while submitting May 2017 exam form. Basically the revalidation should be done before submitting the exam form so it would be better of you submit in advance if its possible.
