Hello, I'm in CA final. My articleship will get over in Feb 2018. I'm through CPT route. I want to know that while filling examination form online do I have to fill Form of Declaration of Service? If yes then which one? I'd be great if you share its link. Thanks.

Yes you have to fill declaration as it is for everyone
you have to fill this form "
- Certificate of Service for Candidates who are going to complete their Articleship on or before 31st October, 2017."
