as per my experience i think MUNISH BHANDARI is the best book for corporate law 

please dont think more purchase it and read it i dam sure u will get good marks in the exam

I suggest G.K.Kapoor's lecture notes.Besides covering the subject this book covers case studies which were asked in CA,CS exams.I am sure you will definitely find this useful.
