If u pass PCC dis attempt...u'll have ur finals attempt in nov...So u r very close to d degree "CA"

My personal opinion...Dont Quit...

Dear Friend, attempts do not count at all. Companies will take only 1st attempt guys is a complete myth. There are few companies which demand max 3 attemps. But majority of the companies just look for the knowledge of the candidate and not the no. of attempts. Do not get into cs/cwa if u want to go for employment as these will not help u much. First try to finish your ca as early as possible. Have a very good computer knowledge and develop good communication skills. You can also do a few foreign certification courses like CIA, CISA, FRM etc to boost your resume. Good luck.

Arun:i used to operate Taxbase, Tally erp 9 and can handle all works regarding E tds, E filing  and Mvat , service tax related in my Articleship period.. but I have little experience in Audit and ROC work.. can it be my drawback.

i have keen interest in taxation... How can i be  a part of Taxation Dept. of a Good Firm/Company...

My Communication skill is week I admit that becausee I belongs from Hindi Medium.... This is actually problem with me in writing.. CA Final attemp i want to give in English medium in future...

How can i prepare myself for that?

I udnerstand your feeling  Dont quit  You may get very decent employemnt and it is yur fist employer asks for attempts etc.    also you may opt of Practice as no client would ask yu in how manyth attempt you cleared the CA  Hence be brisk and do the justice to you and yur parents

what all is counted is ur experience ...and work. Quitting something is really not easy ...bcz may be u quit today ...but u won't forget yourself for this......that u quit.... why to bear so much mental pain ........ and about the failure ...

you need not to think more than enough .....bcz u need to just revise what u already know ....that'it.

so start buiding your morale and you  can  surely score good in CA final .

And I want to add one thing more ........ this year PCC Topper has also skipped 3 attempts. So in that way dekha jaye to uska bhi 4th attempt h.

Never become negetive thinker please think positive attempt in ca does not make clarify that a person is not intelligent or not capable.

Example :- 

A person is good in playing in cricket 

A person is good in playing in football

Both are players and both are important.

as well as

A person is good in account

A person is good in costing

Both are business resolver and important for corporate.

So if you are passed in more attempts never think that you are not useful for corporates.

Scores and number of attempts matters when you go for your first job. Once you gain experience in the job, quality of experience counts more than your scores at the exam.

Take a hard look at your inclination for CA subjects. If you feel you like those subjects, do continue your CA studies.

Please be advised not to quit, do  not lose courage. After all CA is nothing in the life

to be frank. You got to face huge daunting tasks ahead. CA  u think is just a start. Don't 

be afraid. This is the initial stage in your life. Dominate and not be dominated.
