"off market credit transactions" mention in my TIS

there seems to be a "off market credit transactions" mention in my TIS . I am  not sure of the source. What to do? where to find it.

Havent transferred any shares between DEMAT. Have a PMS account but they refused any such thing.

Check AIS report, it gives details of each transaction. If it doesn't pertain to you file feedback there, as 'it boesn't belong to you.'
