My client was in composition but he made inter state supply in August month. He also wants to come back as regular dealer. What we can do now. We wants submit Cancellation application. Application of cancell composition not available. Now what will be return/tax liabilities please reply soon

He/You are the composition dealer follow only composition rules. If not its penalised....

When you change your registration composition to regular and also when it approved then only you follow regular scheme...

You can try to file CMP-04 offline mode to your local Circle office. They ll be help you...
