yes more than sufficient ....however for allied refer sir's bare act book as well.

Munish Bhandari Handbook is sufficient.. But it does not have SEBI Guidelines..For that you can study from Practice Manual..Dont Forget to study SEBI GUIDELINES AMENDMENTS from RTP.
