Hello Frendz...
My Final attempt is due in May 2011, I want to go for self study in subjects like Law and Audit
Im referring munish bhandari for Law. IS IT VERY NECESSARY TO GO FOR BARE ACT like companies act 1956 etc..
I can study from any book for unlimited no. of times but Bare act is not my cup of tea but some seniors suggest Bare act is must .. Please help me m confused from where to start.. THANK YOU IN ADVANCE
ISHA......It's good to read "BARE ACTS"........
But....as u r not interested in reading "bare act".............then no problem..........
U can read "Sir Munish Bhandhari" law book and "MAM Surbhi Bansal" AUDIT book.
These both r sufficient in themselves.
Moreover, go for scanners or compilers to prepare yourself.

and yes u are right it is not an easy game to refer bare act
well i will tell u why referring bare act has become important
" i had attended a seminar on how to prepare for exams by ICAI and shri vinod gupta ( chairman ICAI) along with shri Amarjeet chopra mentioned that the best selling book on law is containing 20% provisions wrong
well i must say the paper setter themselves are trying to warn us that do not study from this book
but at the same time there is no better option available then munish bhandari's handbook
so wat i will do i asked Shri vinod jain ji??
wat he replied is refer bare act !!
So isha do one thing that i m also doing
finish 1 chapter from munish bhandari and then open bare act and compare and see whether the same has been analysed by the author or not
it will also enhance our power to read bare act
u are not needed to learn from bare act at all
wat u have to do is just confirm whether the same has been written there or not
and when it satisfy u
learn from this munish bhandari's handbook ( best presented book for any theory subject)

in necase we may or may not intrpret the bare act correctly nah..
u knw nah bhandari sir himself teaches from bare act..
so i guess trusting him will do
well we are here talking about self study from his handbook
if anybody has taken coaching from him he need not do anything !!
