you want to transfer articles??, i didn't clearly understood your problem,
as per my understanding if you are trying for a transfer you have to get termination from your current priciple and then apply for a new firm.
termination before completing three years is purely on the discretion of both you and your principle so convince him with reasons why you want to take termination,
it is your intelligence to convince him....
without his termination you cannot apply in another firm.
