What if principal does not maintain attendance register of article under him and then at the time of signing form 108 principal claims that article had taken more leaves than allwoed to articles and talks about 6 month extention. Now the fact was that in actual the article does not take leave more than allowed but how does an article prove it when principal does not maintain attendance register.
Please reply ASAP what is remedy in hands of article which is legal as per CA Regulations.
