I am a CA fianl student and complete my 26 months of articleship.
I am mention my problem here under
on 3rd jan08 i got registered in a ca firm and institute deliver me a no vanancy on 11th march my ca got my regestration in another firm but i working with earlier one. But know earlier Ca does not want to continue with me because i refuse to write an application of leave which i intemated i am taking leave bt he wants to i have to write letter without intemation but i refuse to do but he told me to go home. Then he wants to talk to my parents and replied them that dont want babit to come office. And I told the later Ca and he replied me to take termination and there is no termination avaliable in institute. And my CA(Earlierone) always threat me that he will destroy my CA carrer and you can not able to complete your articleship thats my challange if i m not write leave without intemation and i am in home for last 1 month., Now I am in very misrable condition can some body explain me procedure what can i do.
