Do you feel worried very often; let us see what happens when you are worried

5. You can not communicate effectively;

Dear friends, when you are worried you are focusing on problems. And if you focus on problem you can not find a solution because even you are part of problem.

1. Whenever you come across any problem/challenge, just take it lightly as a part of your routine life;
2. Always focus on solutions; think, discuss and find out a solution. When you focus on solution, you will soon find a good solution to any problem/challenge.
