First Auditor appointed by Board of directors within 30 days from the date of incorporation till the conclusion of First AGM. (i.e. FY 2018-19)
In the First AGM, Can we appoint same auditor for Next 5 years from the first AGM ? (i.e. FY 2019-20 to 2023-24)
But as per the rules CA appointed for 5 years.
Here as a first auditor appointment which is for one year and after appointment of subsequent auditor of the same person as auditor for 5 years which is totally 6 years.
How it's Possible ?
