Can any of the erudite community give me a reference to and also the presently applicable stamp duty (share transfer stamps to be affixed) applicable in tamil nadu, for transfer of shares outside of the stock market?

You need to pay 0.25% affixed value of the shares’ price as the stamp duty charges for share transfers. The stamp duty on transfer of shares rate is 0.25 paise/hundred rupees share value or its part.
