1. primary school : 1 : 14 Employees
2. Primary school : 2 7 Employees
3. Primary School : 3 6 employees
4. Secondary School : 11 employees
5. Industrial training institute : 2 employees
all the institutes are seperate and have seperate bank accounts.
is PF act applicable to the trust of institutes.

There is a schedule in EPF&MP ct 1952 which lists the establishemtns on which the act will apply. Please see iof your business falls within such ambit. Your charitable character or being NGO will beof conseuqence. The EPF will be mandatory even if you are Govt company and falling in the category adn employing more than 20 employing (including coutsources and daily wagers) on any particular day.
